📦 Supply & Procurement Policy
DSTC follows all government procurement regulations and standards. We source products only from verified, compliant suppliers. All purchases are documented with official purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans to ensure complete transparency.
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if found defective, damaged, or non-compliant with agreed specifications. All claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence. Replacement is provided at no extra cost to the client.
🔒 Privacy Policy
DSTC collects only the necessary client information required for order processing and communication. All client data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties without explicit consent. We comply with all applicable data protection laws in Pakistan.
💳 Payment Policy
Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of contract. We accept bank transfers, cheques, and online bank payments. Government clients may follow standard GFR payment timelines. Late payments may incur service charges as per the signed agreement.
🏅 Quality Assurance Policy
All products supplied by DSTC are quality-checked before dispatch. We maintain complete records of quality inspections for every order. Clients may request quality certificates and inspection reports for any supplied goods upon request.
